High Capacity Incubator Heating

Incubator (Heating) are also known commonly as Bacteriological incubator:

This type of incubator is used majorly in laboratories mainly for the growth of bacterial cultures. It has a simple mechanism which maintains a constant set temperature as per the requirement. Accurate temperature maintained in the chamber is displayed on the display of the incubator.

Most of the incubators are programmable and can be set as per the requirement. These types of incubators come only with a heating system which maintains the temperature for growth of bacteria. These incubators are affected by the temperature of the surrounding environment so the prescribed set point is 10°C above ambient temperature hence no cooling system is required or present in these chambers.

These chambers are unique offerings by Allyone are offered for a niche requirement from a client, wherein the users require a bigger chamber than a stand alone chamber, but the requirement is not as big as to opt for a Walk In Chamber. Also, if there’s a space constraint these chambers are a perfect fit for such a requirement. This is a Golden Mean between the two!

The capacities we offer for our High Capacity Stand Alone Chambers are from 1500 Ltts (which is bigger than the max capacity of 1000 Ltrs that we offer for a Stand Alone Chamber) to 3000 Ltrs (which lesser than the min capacity of 4000 Ltrs that we offer for a walk in chamber)

Some of the features are similar as of Stand Alone Type of chambers, such as it have heavy duty insulated doors: two or more-depending on the capacity, with imported hinges & locks for easy operation & inner glass door with latch to observe samples without disturbing the set condition, also the control panel with display is fixed at the top of chamber & can be easily visible & accessed.

Standard Chamber Features & Provisions:

Construction: PCGI/SS 304/SS 316 Tongue & Groove type panels with PUF Density of 40Kg/m³ with thickness of 80 mm.

Sample Storage:

  1. Racks: Heavy Duty SS 304 Frame secured strongly to chamber walls for strength.
  2. Trays: Perforated types (CNC punched). Strengthened with support rails to prevent deformations.

Doors: PUF Insulated External doors mounted with imported hinges & locks, Inner glass doors with latches. Door frame is secured with a silicone gasket on the entire perimeter to ensure an air tight, leak tight chamber.

Door Operation: Passcode protected door operation from software & HMI

Control System:
