Cloud Solution Specialist Infra- Power Platform 
Location: Delhi NCR. Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Trivandrum. The role will be a hybrid position located in India.

About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Specialist to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires deep technical expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, along with strong solution architecture and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Power Platform components.
• Lead end-to-end solution design including data modeling, integration, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Define and enforce best practices, standards, and reusable components across Power Platform implementations.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
• Guide development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and manage Center of Excellence (CoE) for Power Platform within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance policies.
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Key Team player who can extend the expertise towards operational challenges.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development, with 3+ years in Power Platform architecture.
• Expertise in:
• Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps
• Power Automate (Flows)
• Power BI dashboards and data modeling
• Dataverse and connectors
• Power Virtual Agents
• Strong understanding of Azure services, Microsoft 365, and security models (e.g., role-based access, DLP policies).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ALM for Power Platform, and DevOps integration.
• Familiarity with custom connectors, API integration, and Azure Functions.
• Relevant certifications such as:
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in a Managed Services or consulting environment.
• Exposure to governance frameworks, licensing models, and cost optimization.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead technical workshops.
