Status: Full Time

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, on-call rotation

Department: Presbyterian SeniorCare at Home

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As a Quality and Performance Improvement - Home Health/Hospice RN , supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Comprehensive audits of patient records: Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations, with coordination through the Quality Clinical Coordinator. This role also involves active participation in the QAPI Committee to drive quality improvement.
• Development and implementation: Assists in training staff on the electronic medical records systems in collaboration with the Director of Risk Management and Quality Clinical Coordinator. They will also work on performance improvement initiatives.
• Completing home visits: Ensuring timely patient admissions and routine visits, providing direct nursing care within their scope of practice, and demonstrating exemplary documentation skills.

What do I need to qualify for this role with Redstone?

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Home Health/Hospice experience
• A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing.
