Plant Manager – DAIRY Manufacturing
Salary $140,000 - $180,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Midwestern USA

As the Plant Manager, you’ll need to be a servant leader this group of employees as they work toward the next level of performance and maintain the stellar work culture. Your goal will be achieving the profit potential by leading, organizing, training, planning, and developing a safe, productive, quality business.
As the Plant Manager in this union plant, you’ll champion the plant’s continuous improvement strategy, achieve all budget and performance targets, and ensure that the management team has working knowledge of all goals and quality processes. Using your time management and delegation skills, you’ll oversee project management, environmental concerns, and employee engagement. You’ll need to be a hands-on servant leader with a keen sense of urgency and a background in dairy manufacturing.
Minimum requirements for this Plant Manager’s position:
· Bachelor Degree required
· At least 8 years of operational leadership experience in a food manufacturing plant
· At least 2 years in a plant manager level experience
· Must have Aseptic processing experience
· Must have servant leader communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
· Experience working with Unions preferred.
