Under close supervision with detailed instructions, this position is responsible for maintaining building, ground and office areas in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Performs a combination of routine duties including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping and polishing. Performs a combination of routine duties including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping and polishing. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Clean assigned areas in accordance with established standards. + Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming offices, hallways, and entrances. + Polish furniture, fixtures, and trimmings as needed. + Report items requiring repair or hazardous conditions to the supervisor. + Follow established antiseptic techniques and utilize appropriate cleaning solutions for fixtures and restrooms. + Gather and dispose of trash, and wash and reline waste containers. + Observe all laws, regulations, and applicable obligations while conducting business on behalf of the company. + Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to established operating procedures and practices. + Clean carpets as necessary. + Perform other duties as assigned or required.
