Patient Population: Pediatric to Geriatric
Dress Code: Hospital Provided Scrubs and/or Business Casual with Lab Coat

Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs
Holiday, OT Multipliers - 1.25%
Requirement description :

• 2+ years Ultrasound Tech experience [required]
• MUST have experience with ALL ages groups - [Required]
• ARDMC (RDCS) [required]
• High proficiency in abdomen, breast, DVT's, OB [Required]
• Vascular experience [preferred]
• Travel experience (at least 6 mos) [Required]
• NH State Medical Imaging License - - TEMP LICENSE AVAILABLE WITH EQUIVALENT STATE LICENSE IN HAND.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need - This is non-negotiable
• Perm address must be included in profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
• ARDMS
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : TBD/Holiday coverage if required
