💼 Position : School Psychologist (Hybrid)
💰 Compensation : $41.50 - $45.84/hr*
*Rate is based on experience, credentials, education, and bilingual skills (if used in 50%+ of the role)

🎯 Your Role Includes:

• Conducting psychoeducational evaluations using standardized tools

• Preparing comprehensive, high-quality psychological reports

• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with school teams

• Supporting the development and implementation of academic interventions

• Following TES protocols and ensuring compliance with special education guidelines

📌 What You Bring:

• Master's degree in School Psychology or Clinical Psychology
• Valid Ohio School Psychology License 
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• Experience with cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Ability to conduct virtual consultations and support meetings
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered practices

🌈 Work Environment Notes:

• Hybrid position that includes working from home AND in a clinic or school environment

• Must be comfortable engaging with diverse student populations

• Occasional flexibility may be required for coordination with school schedules or time zones
