Job Responsibilities:

Provide live chat support to clients and customers regarding website design and marketing services
Assist with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting through chat communication
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution

Essential Qualifications:

Excellent written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using live chat support software

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in live chat support or customer service role
Familiarity with website design and marketing industry

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $30,000 per year
Maximum Salary: $110,000 per year
