Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Family Nurse Practitioner needed in Toledo, OH.

• The pay for this position is $112,000 - $141,000 based on years of experience

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm)
• Providing primary care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with physician to address treatment concerns.
• Perform patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Prescribe/manage medications within APN scope; monitor response and safety.
• Respond effectively to clinical emergencies.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for all patient care.
• Collaborate with medical staff and participate in team meetings.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and treatment plans.
• Stay current on clinical best practices and complete required CEUs.

Requirements

• Clear and active FNP license in the state of Ohio
• Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages
• 3 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner highly preferred
