Amergis Staffing is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in school settings for the 2025-2026 school year across the South Orange County region! If you're passionate about helping students succeed and want to gain hands-on experience in behavioral support, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Position Overview As a Behavior Technician, you'll work 1:1 or in small group settings during school hours to: + Support students with behavioral needs + Help manage challenging behaviors, including occasional aggression + Keep students on track with homework and classwork + Collaborate with teachers and school staff Requirements + Preferred: Minimum 9 months of ABA experience + Bonus: RBT certification + Must be flexible to travel between school sites as needed Schedule Options + Ongoing Assignments: ~30 hours/week at a single school site (Monday-Friday) + On-Call Assignments: Flexible shifts available Monday-Friday Hours: Must be available between 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $25-$28/hour, based on experience Locations We Support + Mission Viejo + Trabuco Canyon + Lake Forest + Laguna Hills + Rancho Santa Margarita Ready to make a difference in a student's life?
