Join Our Incredible Team at Our Newest Kitchen in Portland!

We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented Breakfast Server to join our growing team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests, ensuring each order is accurate, timely, and presented with care. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages to company standards.

  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guests promptly and accurately.

  • Ensure all orders are packed, quality-checked, and delivered correctly (room service or off-premise).

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all sanitation and food safety standards are met.

  • Manage waste responsibly and log waste and production information daily.

  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by the Manager.

  • Handle guest phone inquiries professionally and assist with orders.

  • Communicate guest concerns or feedback effectively to management.

  • Collaborate with team members including cooks, runners, managers, and hotel staff in a respectful and efficient manner.

  • Follow all company policies and operational procedures.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least one (1) year of barista experience required.

  • Weekend availability required.

  • Current Food Handlers or Serve Safe certification required.

  • Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Experience as a Food Expeditor or in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment will be taken into consideration.
