Seeking 7-10 years of Bankruptcy & Restructuring Atttorney in Pittsburgh, PA .
The candidate should be driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving clients at all levels. Professional problem-solver and the ability to provide legal counsel on critical issues essential. Excellent organizational and project management skills needed. * 7-10 years of Bankruptcy & Restructuring ( Must have)
* Admission to Pennsylvania Bar Must have)
* Familiarity with local rules of various bankruptcy courts
* Must have the ability to maintain and expand client relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Portable books of business are a plus, not required.
* Regular court appearances in bankruptcy cases, receiverships, and related litigation
* Will include material involvement in a variety of bankruptcy, restructuring, and litigation matters
* Strong research and writing skills
* Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
* Client-facing experience
* Ability to work well with a team
* Detail-oriented and organized
