Virtual Assistant
Remote // Monday to Friday // 8:00am - 5:00pm
Washington Legal Group is a trusted Atlanta-based law firm that has served Georgia for over 16 years, with a combined team experience of more than 50 years in public advocacy and community engagement. The firm is known for its aggressive, client-focused representation across Family Law, Personal Injury, Business Litigation, and Government Affairs.
We are seeking a Full-Time Remote Virtual Assistant to support our legal and administrative operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and can provide reliable remote support to attorneys and internal teams.
Position Overview
The Virtual Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily administrative and operational tasks for the firm. You will assist with scheduling, document handling, client communication, and general office support, helping ensure smooth workflows and high-quality client service in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys and legal staff
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination
• Assist with document preparation, organization, and file management
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and internal systems
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in case management or CRM systems
• Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking
• Support internal workflows to ensure deadlines and priorities are met
Qualifications:
• 2+ Years of prior experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or legal assistant
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working remotely using cloud-based tools, CRMs, and document systems
• Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting a law firm or legal team
• Familiarity with case management software or legal CRMs
• Experience in Personal Injury or Family Law environments
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
