Title: Administrative Assistant- Japanese Bilingual
Wage: $24.5/hour
Work Hours: 9:00-17:00 (Lunch12:00-13:00)
Work Style: Office 3-5 days at office, 0-2 days WFH

Job Responsibilities：
Assist with the planning, setup, and operation of events, seminars, meetings, and webinars organized by the department
Handle budget management and accounting-related tasks
Support the preparation of presentation materials
Assist in creating various documents and data materials
Support the creation and distribution of electronic newsletters (via email)
Prepare business reports, internal approval documents, and other internal paperwork
Perform general administrative duties, including phone and visitor reception
Qualifications / Requirements：
Willingness to handle detailed tasks such as preparing and organizing vouchers and internal documents
Ability to read, understand, and respond in English, while most documentation will be prepared in Japanese
Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach to handling a wide range of tasks
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to coordinate and communicate with U.S.-based staff in English
Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills when coordinating events
Demonstrates dedication and a service-oriented mindset, with a willingness to support others
