Our restaurant is led by a  local Owner/Operator who grew up right here in Fredericksburg, VA . As part of this team, you won’t just be working for a company—you’ll be working with someone personally invested in this community and the people who serve it.

What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in our restaurant’s daily operations. You’ll manage team members, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support our leadership team by maintaining a culture rooted in  ownership responsibility excellence , and genuine  care  for others.

Leadership Path & Training Process

At Chick-fil-A Spotsylvania Towne Centre, we believe in developing leaders from within and setting them up for long-term success. Here’s what the journey to Shift Leader looks like:

 Start as a Team Member

All leadership candidates begin in a team member role to gain hands-on experience and understand the foundation of our restaurant culture and operations.

 30-Day Probation Period

The first 30 days serve as a mutual evaluation period—for both you and our leadership team—to ensure the role and environment are the right fit.

 60-Day Leadership Training Program

After the probation period, qualified candidates will enter a structured 60-day Shift Leader training process. This includes mentorship, skill development, and on-the-job leadership training.

 Official Promotion

Upon successful completion of training and demonstrated alignment with our values, you’ll be officially promoted to the Shift Leader role.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • A team-oriented mindset with a hands-on leadership style
  • Must be 18+ and able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
