Job duties include assessing automotive problems and maintenance needs by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Service advisors are the first point of contact with our guests. We wish to make every experience here a positive one.
