Compensation
Performance-based, commission-focused (DOE). Contractors earn uncapped commissions tied to closed-won revenue . Exact commission rates depend on experience, deal type, and scope.
Engagement type
Contract / Freelance (Sales Contractor). This engagement may be extended, and high performers may be considered for a future full-time role based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit (not guaranteed).
