Now hiring for PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) in Wichita Falls, TX!
Essential duties include:
- Delivers optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions.
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
- Completes all documents timely
- Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Must have current CPR Certification
- Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with great time management skills
