OASIS & Utilization Review Nurse – Home Health (Florida)

We are seeking an experienced and certified OASIS & Utilization Review Nurse to join our dynamic review team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of OASIS assessments and coding, which directly impact our Star Ratings, process measures, and Value-Based Purchasing performance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in OASIS guidance, coding conventions and utilization review along with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Review OASIS assessments for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with CMS/OASIS guidelines, coding standards, and agency policies
• Provide feedback and education to clinicians on documentation as necessary
• Support utilization review to ensure appropriate services and visit frequency
• Track and help improve agency performance on quality measures and HHVBP
• Stay current with OASIS-E and CMS regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Florida
• 2+ years of OASIS review/coding experience
• Strong knowledge of OASIS-E guidelines, ICD-10, and CMS regulations
• Oasis certification preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and teaching skills
