You'll coach your direct reports for optimal performance, empower them to achieve both the plants and their individual objectives, and maintain a secure environment free from harassment and discrimination. You'll communicate regularly with plant employees to understand opportunities for recognition, improvement, and collaboration. **Manufacturing Management** You'll manage production, warehouse, and maintenance personnel to manufacture quality products while achieving world-class levels of safety, housekeeping, yield, availability, and cost performance. You'll ensure the safe, effective, and efficient utilization of labor, materials, equipment, and in-process inventories. You'll lead focused improvement projects and professional training activities to meet developmental goals. - - - \#3 "Your Skills Matter" **_What do you bring?_** - Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related technical discipline. 5-8 years of manufacturing experience in progressive leadership roles, preferably with experience in mineral fiber processing.
