Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing automation workflows across email, CRM, and paid channels.
- Manage and maintain marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar).
- Create and optimize lead nurturing and scoring models to support the sales funnel.
- Automate repetitive marketing tasks and streamline cross-channel campaigns.
- Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM, analytics, and third-party tools .
- Develop and monitor A/B tests, segmentation strategies, and drip campaigns .
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation with lead generation goals.
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and conversion metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain data hygiene, tagging, and segmentation for accurate targeting.
- Implement growth automation strategies — chatbots, referral programs, retargeting flows, and lifecycle triggers.
- Support continuous improvement through data-driven experimentation and funnel optimization .
