Long-Term Job Security * Air-Conditioned Shop Responsibilities: * Perform a wide range of maintenance services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. * Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed. * Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follow manufacturer specifications. * Provide leadership and accountability for the technician team, ensuring performance, productivity, and compliance.

• Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.

Communicate effectively with advisors to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions. * Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: * 5+ years of Automotive Technician experience preferred * High school diploma or equivalent * Ford Certification will be available * Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics and components * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time * Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Be the technician others look up to—apply today and become a leader at Cogswell Ford!
