Main responsibilities: * General cleaning and maintenance of the home. * Keeping all indoor and outdoor areas tidy and organized. * Laundry, drying, and ironing (for both adults and children). * Organizing wardrobes, pantry, and common areas. * Preparing simple and healthy meals. * Primary care of a 2-month-old baby during the morning, part of the afternoon, and at night -- including feeding, hygiene, and sleep routines. * The baby currently sleeps 7-9 hours straight at night, so nights are calm. * Providing support with the 2-year-old boy -- ensuring his daily routine runs smoothly (clothing, meals, organization of his things, schedule, etc.) and coordinating with the young nanny who takes care of him in the afternoons and picks him up from daycare. * Overseeing the smooth operation and organization of all matters related to the children, maintaining a structured, orderly, and harmonious routine. * Working closely and communicating effectively with the other caregiver and the parents to ensure good coordination in the family's routines. Desired Profile * Spanish nationality (required for the U.S. work visa process). Schedule and Conditions * Live-in position, residing in the family's home. * Full day off every Sunday. * Trial period: 3 months. * After successfully completing the trial period, the family will handle the U.S. work visa process specific to this role. * Includes: - Accommodation and meals. - Mobile line with calls and internet. - Health insurance. * Salary: USD 1,500 net per month PLUS ALL THE BENEFITS MENTIONED ABOVE.
