Amergis is looking for seasoned, passionate Behavior Technicians to make a real difference in schools across Torrance, Hawthorne, Inglewood and greater LA County.
This isn't entry-level. This is impact-level.

+ Pay: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)
+ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
+ Location: School-based roles across LA County-no long commutes to clinics

+ Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in real-time classroom settings
+ Implementing behavior plans with confidence and consistency

+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1-2+ years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or interventionist roles
+ A calm, confident presence and a passion for student success
+ Must be at least 18 and meet all employment requirements
