Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time experienced Marine Technician to join our growing marine service team at our Wolfeboro Marina. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations in the shop, coordinating repairs, managing technicians, and ensuring all service work meets the highest quality standards. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Volvo marine engines and Vodia diagnostic software, combined with strong leadership and organizational skills. Job Summary: The Shop Foreman will report to the Service Manager and serve as the primary point of contact between the service team and management. This position involves a mix of supervisory duties, advanced diagnostics, and hands-on mechanical work.
