Position Overview: We are looking for an Experienced Automotive Mechanic with several years of hands-on experience and the proper certifications to confidently perform complex diagnostics and repairs. This is not an entry-level role—this position is specifically for a seasoned technician capable of handling, but not limited to, high-level work such as engine, transmission, and other major component repairs. Responsibilities: * Perform advanced mechanical repairs, including but not limited to, engine overhauls, transmission repairs, drive-train work, and complex diagnostic procedures * Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using manufacturer-approved tools and systems * Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards * Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts staff, and other technicians * Maintain a clean and safe workspace * Ensure all work complies with dealership and manufacturer standards Qualifications: * Several years (5+ preferred) of professional automotive technician experience * Relevant certifications (ASE, manufacturer certifications, or equivalent) * Strong diagnostic abilities and familiarity with advanced repair procedures * Proven experience completing engine, transmission, and major mechanical repairs * Ability to work independently and efficiently * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What We Offer: * Competitive pay based on experience and skill level * Access to advanced tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems * Opportunities for continued training and certification * Supportive, team-oriented environment * Full benefits package (if applicable)
