Rose Tree Construction is looking for a skilled Estimator / Project Manager to join our expanding team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in both the precision of estimating and the hands-on coordination of managing projects through to completion. As an Estimator / Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in preparing accurate project estimates, supporting pre-construction planning, and managing remodeling projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and our field team to ensure smooth project execution, from the initial quote to project completion. This key position requires a balance of cost analysis, customer communication, scheduling, and field oversight. Your ability to manage multiple moving parts will directly contribute to the success of each project. Compensation • Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 • 10 paid vacation days and 8 paid holidays • Full medical insurance • 3% 401(k) matching • Gas allowance • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership responsibilities Responsibilities: Estimating • Conduct site visits to assess project scope and gather measurements • Prepare detailed, accurate estimates and proposals for custom remodeling projects • Source materials, gather subcontractor quotes, and determine project costs • Collaborate with clients during the planning and estimating phase • Ensure estimates align with company standards and profitability goals Project Management • Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members • Monitor job progress, ensuring work meets quality standards and stays on budget • Maintain ongoing communication with homeowners to provide updates and set expectations • Manage change orders, documentation, and project reporting • Conduct site visits to verify quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and local building codes Qualifications: • Experience in residential construction estimating and/or project management • Strong knowledge of remodeling processes, materials, and construction methods • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Proficiency in using construction software, spreadsheets, and digital tools • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Detail-oriented with strong cost-analysis skills and a proactive mindset About Company: Founded by Ed McLoughlin, Rose Tree Construction specializes in premium residential remodeling services throughout Delaware County, Southern Montgomery County, and Eastern Chester County.
