Duties

· Create a safe and nurturing environment for our youngest children
· Develop age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning through play
· Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
· Foster a sense of community and belonging among children and their families
· Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements

· Minimum of a high school diploma
· Enjoy young children and value play
· Communicate effectively with others
· Ability to learn and grow as part of a team
Available to work until 5:30

Nice To Haves

· CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
· Experience working with children in a childcare setting
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families
· Commitment to promoting a play-based learning environment
