Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $16.00/hour + performance-based commissions
• Average Earnings: $20–$23/hour with commissions and shift differentials
• Bilingual Pay: $16.50/hour for Spanish-speaking candidates
• Shift Differential: +15% for Sat–Sun, +10% for Mon–Fri after 5 PM

Job Description

As a Remote   Call Center Reservations Representative , you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist owners with reservations and account inquiries, and ensure a 5-star experience with every interaction. • Handle inbound and outbound calls from Westgate Resorts owners in a high-volume call center environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries quickly and professionally
• Assist owners with booking, canceling, and modifying reservations
• Explain timeshare ownership benefits, account details, and vacation package options
• Process external exchange requests and promote Vacation Guard Travel Protection
• Maintain accurate call documentation and meet performance goals for quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with your team to enhance guest experience and sales performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education (GED) required
• Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Excellent communication, listening, and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for customer satisfaction
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
