Robert Half is partnering with a boutique immigration law firm with a strong international focus who is seeking an Immigration Attorney with 1+ years' experience for its Miami office. This is a hybrid role with no billable hour requirements plus bonus and full benefits,
Responsibilities
+ Represent clients in complex immigration cases, with emphasis on L-1, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-5 visas
+ Draft, review, and file petitions and supporting documentation
+ Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on casework
+ Communicate directly with clients, guiding them through U.S. immigration processes

Requirements
Qualifications
+ Juris Doctor (JD) degree
+ Minimum of 1 years of immigration law experience (business and investor visas), will train
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and independent work skills
