Description Robert Half is partnering with a boutique immigration law firm with a strong international focus who is seeking an Immigration Attorney with 1+ years' experience for its Miami office. This is a hybrid role with no billable hour requirements plus bonus and full benefits, Responsibilities + Represent clients in complex immigration cases, with emphasis on L-1, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-5 visas + Draft, review, and file petitions and supporting documentation + Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on casework + Communicate directly with clients, guiding them through U.S. immigration processes Send resumes to Deb Montero on LinkedIn.
