About the Job:

Attorney. East Lansing, MI; possible part-time. This position includes some remote work and in-office time.

ABOUT THE WORK:

We are looking for an experienced Michigan licensed attorney. Compensation will be commensurate with your experience. Remote work is possible.

DESCRIPTION:

This is our 45th year. We service business, tax and estate planning and litigation needs. This includes mergers, sales and purchases and related tax considerations. We also advocate for taxpayers in civil and criminal litigation. So, you need a keen interest and experience in tax and related matters.

SOFTWARE:

• You must be skilled with technology and possess a high-level proficiency at WordPerfect / Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, and ATX software and electronic legal research.
• Exceptional research, advocacy and the ability to review/proof entity and individual federal tax returns and financial statements are a must.
